 The ISEA serves the global community of sports engineers by promoting the technical aspects of sports engineering and by providing a collaborative environment for the collecting and dissemination of knowledge in the field of sports engineering and technology. The 2026 conference is the 16th edition of the bi-annual international conference, and brings together the top minds in sports engineering from academia and industry. Registration Please register before April 1, 2026, to receive discounted registration. Credit card, check, and WSU IRI will be accepted as forms of payment and may be specified on the final page of the registration form. If you are registering with the ISEA membership discount, please ensure it does not lapse before the meeting. Registration Pricing Before April 1: ISEA Full Member - $500 ISEA Corporate Member - $500 ISEA Non-Member - $650 ISEA Full + Membership - $600 ISEA Student Member - $300 ISEA Student + Membership - $335 Exhibitor - $3,000 Companion Banquet - $50 Registration Pricing After April 1: ISEA Full Member - $600 ISEA Corporate Member - $600 ISEA Non-Member - $750 ISEA Full + Membership - $700 ISEA Student Member - $350 ISEA Student + Membership - $385 Exhibitor - $3,000 Companion Banquet - $50 Lodging Conference hotel blocks are available at the Courtyard by Marriott and the Residence Inn by Marriott, both conveniently located on the perimeter of the WSU Pullman campus. You may reserve your room at either hotel using the conference booking link. Conference attendees may also reserve a room in a university residence hall. These reservations can be made while filling out the online registration form and indicating your preferred check-in and check-out dates.
