Rex Osborn, a midwest farm boy and now retired, well, almost retired, continues to be a consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker all over the world. With over 41 years in government service and 14 years as a junior college adjunct professor, he has delivered over 1,500 training sessions and keynotes worldwide.
