Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available for the 2025 Traffic Safety Summit. 

UPDATE: As of April 30 exhibitor registration for the summit is at max capacity. Sponsorship opportunities are still available but may not include space in the exhibitor hall. Sponsorship levels include:
 

Diamond - $10,000
All Platinum Level amenities in addition to:

• Registration for five representatives.
• Keynote session sponsorship.
• Reserved seating for Wednesday's lunch.
• 360 photo booth sponsorship (logo included on digital photo frame).

Platinum - $5,000
All Gold Level amenities in addition to:

• App sponsorship
• Sponsor logo included in the footer of all attendee emails**.
• One session sponsorship.
• Registration for four representatives.
• List of conference participants and contact information*.

Gold - $4,000
All Silver Level amenities in addition to:

• Participant bags insert (small, pre-approved pamphlet, postcard-sized flyer, or 1-page handout).
• Sponsor logo included on slide decks during all breaks**.
• Registration for three representatives.
• Sponsor logo included in all conference listserv announcements.

Silver - $2,500
All Bronze Level amenities in addition to:

• Full page color ad in conference program.
• Registration for two representatives.

Bronze - $1,000

• Sponsor logo on summit website, conference program, and conference signage**.
• Registration for one representative.
• Sponsor logo included on special thank you email to participants**.
• Half page color ad in conference program.
• Market program/service to all conference attendees throughout the conference.

Exhibitor - $450 - SOLD OUT
