CALLS FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

 The deadline for submitting proposals in response to the Call for Presentations and Call for Outdoor Hands-On Demonstrations passed at Noon Pacific Standard Time on Thursday, January 15, 2026. It is no longer possible to submit a proposal, as all speakers have been selected. 

Everyone who submitted a proposal was notified of their status on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Notifications were sent via email from noreply+automations@airtableemail.com. If you applied but did not receive an email, please check your junk/spam filter, as sometimes conference emails may be trapped there. 

All presenters invited to the program must confirm their participation by registering and paying for the conference by Friday, February 13, 2026.
