HOTEL
There is no officially designated hotel for this conference and attendees are free to make their lodging arrangements wherever is most convenient for them. To assist, however, the conference has arranged for special rates for a limited number of rooms at recommended area hotels during the event.
Dates of Stay
The discounted room rates only apply from Monday, April 13 through Thursday, April 16. If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay after the conference concludes, it may be possible to receive the discounted rate, but this is entirely at each hotel's discretion and is based on availability.
Method of Reservation
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
To obtain the negotiated conference rate, rooms must be reserved using the methods outlined below. Hotels are not required to offer the conference rate for rooms booked using third-party booking sites (such as Expedia, Kayak, Hotels.com, etc.) or other methods.
Reservation Deadline
Rooms will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Certain room types may sell out before the reservation deadline, so participants are encouraged to reserve well in advance.
The final deadline to reserve rooms at the conference rate for all the hotels below is 5:00 pm PDT on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. After this deadline, any remaining rooms will be released for sale to the public, and the conference rates will no longer apply.
Shared Rooms
If you are sharing a room with another person, be sure that your name is added to the reservation. Be aware that if your name does not appear on the room reservation, you are not officially considered a guest of that hotel.
Scam Notice
Neither the hotel nor conference organizers have authorized any third-party agents to represent them in booking rooms for attendees. Please be aware that phone and email scams exist which target conference attendees, and scammers may even attempt to impersonate a representative of the conference, Washington State University, or the hotel. Please report such fraudulent activity to ProfEd@wsu.edu.
