SCHOLARSHIPS

A limited amount of financial support is available to assist attendees who can demonstrate need with their conference registration and/or lodging. Assistance is not available for meals or travel.

To apply:

1. Download the Scholarship Application Form.
2. Complete the requested information.
3. Submit your completed application as an email attachment to Michael Goff at Michael.Goff@odot.oregon.gov.

The deadline for scholarship applications is Noon PST on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

All scholarship recipients are required to register for the conference by Noon PST on Tuesday, February 17.
