Sponsor Registration & Payment Deadline: 12 noon PST on Tuesday, March 3, 2026
Consider supporting the 2026 Pacific Northwest Bridge Maintenance Conference as a sponsor! In addition to helping offset conference costs not covered by attendee registration fees, event sponsorship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain visibility and recognition for your company or organization.
For 2026, the following sponsorship opportunities are available:
Platinum Sponsor: $3,000
- Pre- or post-conference email to all conference registrants (sponsor provides text, sent by WSU)
- Opportunity to address the audience during plenary session (limited to 5 minutes)
- Promotional flyer/brochure (provided by sponsor) distributed to each seat during Wednesday’s lunch
- Two (2) complimentary all-inclusive registrations*, with sponsor ribbons (person named on the sponsor registration form + 1 guest)*
- Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor in conference welcome slides
- Logo w/embedded URL included on the conference website
* Platinum sponsors will be sent instructions on how to register their guest following confirmation of sponsorship.
Icebreaker Sponsor: $2,500 (SOLD)
- Promotional flyer/brochure (provided by sponsor) distributed to each seat during Wednesday’s lunch
- One (1) complimentary all-inclusive registration, with sponsor ribbon (person named on sponsor registration form)
- Recognition as the Icebreaker Reception sponsor in conference welcome slides
- Logo w/embedded URL included on conference website
Gold Sponsor: $2,000
- One (1) complimentary all-inclusive registration, with sponsor ribbon (person named on sponsor registration form)
- Recognition as a Gold Sponsor in conference welcome slides
- Logo w/embedded URL included on conference website
Silver Sponsor: $1,000
- Sponsor ribbon on name badge for person named on sponsor registration form, if registered for conference
- Recognition as a Silver Sponsor in conference welcome slides
- Logo w/embedded URL included on conference website
How to Register & Pay
To sign up as a sponsor, click the button below and complete the online form. You may pay online with a credit card or print an invoice to pay by check or wire transfer.
Note: Gold, Silver, and Icebreaker sponsors who wish to exhibit should add an exhibit table to their sponsor registration form on the “Optional Add-Ons” page.
Raffle Sponsors
In addition to the above financial sponsorship levels, the PNWBMC planning committee is seeking items to give away as an incentive for attendees to participate in the outdoor hands-on demonstrations. Gifted items will be displayed at the conference registration desk throughout the conference and will be given away via a ticketed raffle system. Those interested in serving as a Raffle Sponsor are encouraged to contact conference management at ProfEd@wsu.edu.
