• Deadlines for submitting proposals in response to all Calls for Program Participation have passed, and the proposal submission portal is now closed.

• All who submitted proposals will be notified of their status by Tuesday, May 19, 2026. To prevent notifications from being trapped by spam/junk filters, submitters are encouraged to add noreply+automations@AirTableEmail.com to their safe senders list (whitelist). 

• Invited Presenters must confirm their participation via conference registration no later than Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Additional information will be included in letters of invitation.
